Common questions
Do you have access to my validator keys?
No. Eyrium only needs the public validator pubkey — never your withdrawal or signing keys. We are a monitoring service, not a custody or key-management product.
Which networks are supported?
Ethereum mainnet. Holesky and Hoodi testnets are on the roadmap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Your Pro features remain active through the end of the current billing period.
What if I miss an alert?
We retry failed deliveries and surface delivery status in the dashboard. If we miss an event, we credit your account or refund — see our refund policy.
