Terms of Service
Last updated: May 23, 2026
1. Service
Eyrium ("the Service") is an Ethereum validator monitoring service operated by Majorbros. The Service polls the Ethereum beacon chain and sends alerts about events affecting validators that customers have registered to monitor. The Service is provided on an as-is basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
2. Account and eligibility
You must provide a valid email address and create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. What we monitor — and what we don't
Eyrium monitors publicly observable validator data on the Ethereum beacon chain. We do not have access to your validator signing keys, withdrawal keys, or any other private cryptographic material, and we never ask for them. You are responsible for the security and operation of your validators themselves.
4. No financial advice
Eyrium is a monitoring tool, not financial advice. Alerts are informational. Decisions about staking, validator operation, or responses to chain events are your responsibility. We make no guarantees about validator performance, slashing avoidance, or returns.
5. Service availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Beacon chain RPC providers, our hosting infrastructure, and notification channels (email, Telegram, push providers) are all external dependencies that may experience outages. We are not liable for missed alerts caused by upstream provider failures, recipient mail filtering, or network disruptions outside our control.
6. Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the cadence you select (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refunds policy for refund eligibility.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to monitor validators you do not legitimately have an interest in, to attempt to overload or circumvent rate limits, to reverse-engineer the Service, or to use the Service for any illegal purpose.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that present a risk to the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Mobile applications
The Eyrium iOS app is distributed through Apple's App Store. The Eyrium Android app is distributed through Google Play. By downloading and using the apps, you also agree to the platform-specific terms of Apple Media Services (iOS) and the Google Play Terms of Service (Android), in addition to these terms. We are not affiliated with Apple or Google; they are not parties to your agreement with us. The apps require iOS 16+ or Android 10+ and a network connection.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes via the email on file. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
