14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Eyrium Pro within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us at [email protected] and we will refund your most recent payment in full, no questions asked.

Annual subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day full-refund guarantee applies to the initial payment. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as described under "Service failure" below or as required by law. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period.

Service failure

If we determine in good faith that the Service materially failed to deliver an alert for a covered event due to a fault on our side (not upstream provider failure, recipient mail filtering, or events outside our covered event list), we will credit your account or issue a pro-rated refund for the affected billing period.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your Eyrium account. Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods outside the 14-day guarantee or the service-failure clauses above.
